We can supply training at our factory free of charge when you place your order. You can send your engineers to our factory, and we offer free work meal at our factory. You should bear air ticket(come & return), hotel, accommodation fee etc.. If you want our engineer to do installation & training in your country, you should bear the air ticket(go & return), hotel, accommodation fee etc.

You can solve the simple problem according to our User's Manual (all medical equipments with User's Manual) & Service Manual(only a part of medical equipments with Service Manual). You can contact us by e-mail, telephone, WhatsApp or Wechat when you have problems or questions, we will give you correct inspection method, solution & technical support in 2 working days.

We can ship the goods by courier(TNT, DHL, FEDEX, EMS, etc.), by air, by sea etc.
